"The Alchemist Diary"
21st March 2014
I went to home and Bargain on the way home from work and treated myself to packet of Salt and Vinegar Crisps and a Bounty for Supper with 2 Pints of Goliath Ruby Ale made by Wychwood Brewery. I first tasted Wychwood Ruby Ale during my Adventure Years, it was December 2011 that I first drunk Wychwood as I was attracted to the Ruby A...le with Fantasy Pictures they have on there Bottle of Beer, Once I had my first taste of Wychwood Ruby Ale I was instantly hooked to this fine tasting Beer. After I had Tea I had a Shower and I love washing my Hair under the Hot Shower, I have heard of Open water swimmers that take cold showers and cold baths, I prefer a nice hot soapy bath with a Waterproof Radio set on Classic FM and a yellow Rubber Duck. I am not a lover of hearing about cold showers and cold baths as I once saw a programme a couple of years ago when Mental Health patients where subjects to cold water treatment and ice packs. This was really dis-hearting to watch, I have ADHD and Asperger Syndrome and I swim in very cold water but when I get out of the cold water I still have the conditions they don't go away. Hot Baths are a lot of Fun and I love steam rooms and this is where I use a cold bath as it cools you down from being in the Steam Rooms and in this content it is a good therapy. The hardest bit about Open Water Swimming is actually getting into the Water, and it is a lot of fun when there is a group of you and your all having fun in the Water. I like to swim freestyle in the Water and I am also a Butterfly Swimmer. I thought of new idea's for my Fictional Book this evening, and later I am going to watch a Horror as I like being scared and jumping out of my skin, I always hide under my duvet when I get to a really scary bit of the Horror movie I am going to watch. Me and Dad went to see the film "300 Rise of an Empire" at the Cinema in New Brighton on Wednesday Evening and the film was very good and there was lots of Blood and Gore and there was lots of Great Sea Battles.
